Since joining Robertson Hollingsworth Manos & Rahn, LLC in early 2013, Wallace has represented more than 100 individual and corporate clients in all aspects of civil litigation. As a trial lawyer, he focuses his practice on general litigation, including but not limited to insurance defense litigation, construction litigation, premises liability defense, personal injury litigation, dram shop litigation, motor carrier litigation and homeowners’ association representation. Wallace holds law licenses in both South Carolina and North Carolina, and practices throughout those states.
Prior to joining Robertson Hollingsworth Manos & Rahn, LLC, Wallace worked for a large-international law firm in North Carolina, where he gained significant experience defending a commercial boiler manufacturer in multi-jurisdiction, class-action asbestos litigation. Wallace earned his Bachelor of Art degree in Political Science from Hamilton College in 2006, where he was a member of the varsity lacrosse team. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2009, where he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review and studied Transnational Dispute Resolution at The Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn (London, England).
