Benjamin Virgin graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law school in Boston, Massachusetts. At Suffolk, Benjamin was a member of the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic. Following graduation, Benjamin clerked for Judge Patrick J. Arre in the Superior Court, Criminal Division of Hudson County, New Jersey. Following his clerkship, Benjamin began practicing law in Brooklyn, New York primarily focusing on real estate law and litigation. Benjamin joined Robertson Hollingsworth Manos & Rahn in July of 2021 and is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in South Carolina, as well as all state courts in New York.
